Getting Started - First Login

Test 1

Setting Up Your Password

  1. Open your invitation email from WhiteTuque
  2. Click "Set Password" or "Reset Password" link
  3. Create password with: uppercase, lowercase, number, special char, min 5 chars
  4. Click Submit
Expected: Password accepted, proceed to login
  • Link didn't work
  • Password requirements unclear
  • Error message shown

Logging In

  1. Go to login page
  2. Enter email and password
  3. Click Login

  1. Click Recon in menu
  2. Verify questionnaire cards show: name, status, progress

  1. Click a questionnaire with Start status
  2. Verify: title, progress indicator, questions display
  3. Answer first question - note if conditional questions appear

  2. Leave the page (click Home or close tab)
  3. Return to Recon, open same questionnaire
  4. Verify answers are saved

Submitting Questionnaire

  1. Answer all questions across all pages
  2. Click Submit on final page
  3. Verify status changes to View Recommendations
Expected: Submitted, redirected to recommendations

  2. Verify: risk scores, individual recommendations with priority/rationale/services
  3. Look for Request Quote option
